From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and delightful mint tea, a small yet meaningful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The hotel offered every amenity I value-air conditioning to beat the heat, a beautiful rooftop terrace for outdoor dining, and a laundry service that exceeded our expectations by being both efficient and complimentary. The staff's knowledge and friendliness made our exploration of Fès not only enjoyable but also seamless. In short, I cannot express enough how satisfied I was with this charming retreat.
